• Unit 1A, a 747 square-foot one-bedroom with one-bath, on floors 7 to 24, with outdoor living space of between 66 and 341 square feet, with pricing range of $2,123 to $2,333.
• Unit 2A, a 1,152 square-foot two-bedroom with two-baths, on floors 7 to 24, with outdoor living space of between 145 and 519 square feet, with pricing range of $2,290 to $3,200
• Unit 2D, a 1,923 square-foot penthouse with two-bedrooms and two-baths, on floor 25, with outdoor living space of 221 square feet, and pricing of $5,076.

The temporary leasing office is located two block west of the property at 1138 Peachtree Street, NE, staffed by RAM Partners, the property management company. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
