Overview

YOO on the Park is a 25-story, design-forward residential tower overlooking Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta. Conceived as a collaboration between Trillist and YOO Studio, the property combines hospitality-level service, bold interiors, and a highly amenitized lifestyle program in one of the Southeast’s most walkable urban neighborhoods.

The project was developed as a best-in-class rental alternative to traditional luxury condominiums, targeting residents who value architecture, art, and experience as much as square footage. Since delivery, YOO on the Park has consistently achieved premium rents in the submarket and has become a recognizable design icon on the Midtown skyline.

From the outset, the investment thesis centered on three pillars: an irreplaceable park-adjacent site, differentiated design through our partnership with YOO Studio, and an amenities and service package that would support long-term rent and occupancy premiums. That strategy was validated with strong lease-up performance and a record pricing outcome at disposition.

YOO on the Park was conceived, entitled, and developed by Trillist as part of a broader strategy to deliver design-led multifamily assets in high-growth urban submarkets. The property’s successful lease-up, sustained rent premiums, and ultimate sale at a record price per square foot validated both the underlying site selection and the partnership model with YOO Studio.
