Ideally located at the cusp of Atlanta’s Midtown and Buckhead neighborhoods, Mezzo is Atlanta’s first wellness-inspired high-rise luxury condominium development. This $65 million, 20-story luxury residential building was completed in the fall of 2008, and includes 94 homes plus approximately 3,000 square feet of street-level shopping facing Peachtree Road. Mezzo opened as a luxury rental building, though it was originally planned as a for-sale condominium building, and quickly achieved the highest rents then seen in the Atlanta marketplace. It features spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes as well as penthouses. Amenities include Zen gardens; outdoor summer kitchen called the “Q” with a European style dining area; fitness center and club room, including a dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room and massage room; and a pet respite, an in-house dog suite offering a one-of-a-kind relief area, grooming and bathing facilities.
In November 2007, the Atlanta Homebuilders Association awarded Mezzo the “Grand Prize, Best Brochure” and “Silver Award Winner, Best Sales Center (601 sq. ft. and above)” in its annual OBIE Awards, the highest honor given in the Atlanta housing industry. Also, in April 2013, Atlanta’s JEZEBEL Magazine named Mezzo the “Best Buckhead High-Rise.”
