Mezzo

Situated at the intersection of Atlanta’s Midtown and Buckhead neighborhoods, Mezzo stands as the city’s first wellness-inspired high-rise luxury condominium development. Completed in the fall of 2008 with a $65 million investment, this 20-story building encompasses 94 homes and approximately 3,000 square feet of street-level retail space along Peachtree Road. Initially planned as a for-sale condominium, Mezzo opened as a luxury rental property and quickly achieved record-high rental rates for the Atlanta market.

Mezzo offers a variety of spacious living options, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, as well as penthouses. The development is designed with a strong focus on wellness and luxury, featuring amenities such as serene Zen gardens, an outdoor summer kitchen known as “The Q” with a European-style dining area, and a comprehensive fitness center. Residents also benefit from a club room equipped with a dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and massage room. Unique to Mezzo is its pet respite—a specialized in-house dog suite that includes a relief area, grooming, and bathing facilities.

The development’s design and amenities have earned it significant accolades: in November 2007, the Atlanta Homebuilders Association awarded Mezzo the “Grand Prize for Best Brochure” and the “Silver Award for Best Sales Center (601 sq. ft. and above)” at its annual OBIE Awards. Additionally, in April 2013, JEZEBEL Magazine recognized Mezzo as the “Best Buckhead High-Rise,” further solidifying its reputation as a premier residential choice in Atlanta.
