AQUA Midtown is a five-star residential escape that brings a touch of South Florida to the Midtown, Atlanta skyline. This $60 million, 25-story luxury condominium development was completed in 2007 and includes 83 homes and features 3,400 square feet of retail space as well as lavish amenities such as floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor/outdoor club room, 24-hour concierge service, standard Viking appliances throughout the homes, state-of-the-art fitness center and landscaped pool deck. Its residences range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes as well as two penthouses – all with private elevators that open directly into the foyer.
AQUA was given the 2008 Project of the Year Merit Award by Multifamily Executive Magazine.
