Real Estate Development

Trillist’s strategy for real estate development and business success is focused on the creation of new concepts in urban living. We understand well that many of our customers seek more than just an address when they chose a home – that, in fact, they want to establish a distinctive lifestyle that sets them apart from the crowd. A key element of Trillist’s business plan is to promote forward-thinking architecture, globally-inspired interior design, and innovative features for its clientele. Whether our resident is a sophisticated professional, an empty-nester or younger first-time buyer, our goal is to provide them with a product that distinguishes itself in the market through captivating design and unique property branding. Trillist stands apart by offering first-to-market design elements, luxury finishes and the highest standards in an effort to foster a more intimate live, work and play environment for our residents.

Construction Management

One of the keys to the successful execution of real estate development is construction management. Trillist’s proven track record of completing its projects on time and on budget is attributed, in part, to the capabilities of its in-house construction management professionals. From inception and planning, Trillist’s construction management team works with its development team and third-party general contractors to provide necessary insight and input on construction schedule, cost and complexity. Trillist assigns a construction management executive and dedicated construction manager to each of its projects. These professionals have an average of more than 30 years’ experience in the field of construction. As soon as a project begins, the construction manager works alongside the projects financial and development management team to manage costs, explore building system alternatives, ensure appropriate entitlements, and oversee the project’s construction bid and contract process. Our construction management team is regularly on the job site providing the necessary oversight to ensure performance by the project’s general contractor.
